Everything you need to know about using Sioree. If you can't find your answer here, call us — our AI support agent can walk you through anything.
Sign up at sioree.net with your email or phone number. You'll choose between a Personal account (planning a birthday, wedding, or celebration) or a Business account (event planner, agency, or venue operator). You can switch between them anytime in your profile settings — nothing gets deleted.
After signing up, go to your Dashboard and tap New event. Enter a title, date, city, and estimated guest count. That's it — your event is created. From there you can search for venues, browse talent, set a budget, and let our AI handle vendor outreach.
Once your event is set up, Sioree's AI works behind the scenes. It searches for venues and talent in your city, drafts professional emails, and even makes phone calls to vendors on your behalf. You approve everything before it goes out — the AI doesn't commit to anything without you.
When creating an event, tap the Venuestab to browse spaces in your city. You'll see photos, ratings, price levels, and addresses. Filter by type (rooftop, restaurant, gallery) or search by name. Tap any venue to see full details, then add it to your list.
The Staff tab shows DJs, photographers, bartenders, caterers, security, and other event professionals in your area. Same browsing experience as venues — photos, ratings, and one-tap add.
When you add a vendor to your event, Sioree's AI takes over. It sends a professional email introducing your event and asking about availability and pricing. If they don't reply, the AI can follow up and even call them on the phone. You'll get notified of every response and can approve or decline from your dashboard.
Your dashboard shows all your events — upcoming and past. Tap any event to see its full details: guest list, bookings, budget, run of show, and agent activity.
Your Rolodex is your personal list of trusted vendors. People you've actually worked with from confirmed bookings show up here automatically. You can also add contacts manually — search by name to verify them on Google, or add underground/unlisted vendors directly. When our AI reaches out to someone in your Rolodex, it's warmer and more personal.
Bookings go through stages: Requested (you asked), Confirmed (they agreed), or Expired (no response in time). You can see the status of every booking on your event dashboard.
Personal is for people planning their own events — birthdays, weddings, reunions. You get all the core features: event creation, vendor search, AI planning.
Business adds professional tools: business branding on AI outreach (the AI mentions your company name), tax and compliance settings, document vault, and audit logging. Switch anytime in your profile — your data is always saved for both.
Add your phone number in your profile settings. This lets our AI recognize you when you call in — instead of getting the generic greeting, you'll get a personalized experience with your events pulled up.
If you use an AI assistant like Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor, you can connect it to your Sioree account. Go to your profile, find "Connect your AI," and create a connection key. Your AI can then search vendors, create events, and manage your Rolodex through Sioree.
Call us for support
Call the same Sioree phone number and tell the AI "I need help with the platform" or "I'm having a technical issue." Our AI support agent will diagnose the problem and walk you through a solution. If it can't be resolved on the call, it creates a support ticket and our team follows up.
For event planning questions (finding venues, booking talent, managing your event), just call and talk to your personal AI planner as usual — no need to say anything special.
General guidance, not professional advice.
This help center explains how to use the Sioree platform — creating events, managing vendors, using AI features, and handling payments.
For legal, tax, or compliance questions specific to your event or business, consult a qualified professional. Sioree's compliance engine provides research and filing guidance, but final responsibility rests with you.
